Do you love French baguettes? This class will give you the basics of making and baking your own baguettes so that you can enjoy them straight out of your oven! You'll learn how to make and maintain a levain -sourdough starter- and get hands on experience mixing, shaping, scoring and baking your traditionally shaped "stick" loaf. You'll leave with recipes, dough made by you and a freshly baked baguette to enjoy at home!
